Brown Family Reunion 2014

Our family reunion was in Fairview at Lucy's brother Joe's vacation home.  It was much colder than we anticipated but really fun.  There was a zip line, tractor rides, Razor rides, baseball, games, movie night, good food and fun family. It was great for Paul to be able to play with cousins.

A cattle drive came right down the street!
Paul won this box of whoppers at one of Aunt Lanie's games.
 Sweet baby Teddy.
All my living aunt and uncles, besides Marlo and Kathy (they weren't able to come)

Auntie Liz and Uncle Sam Come to Town

Isn't she purdy?
We spent several days at Aunt Lucy's swimming and having snow cones.

Made a trip to the Stockyards

Lizzie chose two recipes, shopped for the ingredients and made meals.  They were yummy!

We went to the super cool Perot Museum, and had a really fun time.  With two science minded boys, we could have spent 3 or 4 days there.
Lizzie using her mind to control ping pong balls
Paul created his own species of bird.
The next day we went to Whataburger for lunch and then Bass Pro Shop for their Family Fun Day.
Paul caught a fish he was afraid of,
 then to the shooting range,

 and the bow and arrow.
 A ride on the carousel
 with this cute guy.

Medieval Times

A client and friend gave us tickets to Medieval Times in Dallas to thank me for my help.  We had a blast!  Paul got some armor, and picked up some new moves.  We cheered for the blue knight, until he suffered an untimely and heroic death.  The food was Delicious, with a capital D.  Paul loves his knight set, and battles quite regularly with anyone willing.

Check out this fancy footwork!

Let's get started with SUMMER!

We love swimming lessons with Mr. Mark and Mr. Jeff.  Paul got better and jumping in and turning over to float, plus swimming under water!
We found a trampoline in good condition for cheap on a garage sale site, and these boys LOVE to be on it, whether it's 100 degrees or not. Plus they have discovered a way to combine their love of hot wheels too, so they usually are out there for an hour with break for drinks!
First grade party was the last day of school this year, he had a wonderful teacher, Mrs. Dawes, that helped him to succeed in all area.
 Wren, Ella, Paul and Autumn
 Paul and Tzuriel
 Popsicles anyone!
I brought him a balloon and Sonic for lunch, and then we were ready for summer to start!
