Hit me with your best shot

As you know we are in the process of moving, which means for me deep cleaning, the likes of which I rarely do. So I come to you, fair blog readers. What are your best cleaning tips? My qualifications are as follows; inexpensive, fast, easy. I'm asking for a miracle cleaner that cleans everything....anyone got any suggestions?

409 baby! I clean everything with that. If you have hard water build up, just good ole vinegar. I hope you are not doing this all by yourself!!!

There is very little you can't do with lemon, vinegar, and baking soda.

ooh ooh, yes!!! The best cleaner I have ever found is baking soda mixed in with dish soap until it makes a thick paste... it makes everything sparkle. I also just bought the simple mom spring cleaning ebook which has homemade cleaners at the end. I'll go check them out now... call me!

I don't know if you have glass shower walls or not, but if you do, coat them lightly with laundry pre-soak. Let it sit while you cover the whole wall/window. With the scrubber side of a sponge, agitate the cleanser gently and rinse. Takes off all the soap scum and water spots without nasty chemicals and hard scrubbing!
For my money (very little $) regular ammonia is the best cleaner. (Not lemon-scented or foaming.) Pour about an inch in a spray bottle and fill with water. It costs practically nothing and cuts grease instantly. I even like the smell!

Hmmm...do you think I could get a job writing copy for an ad agency???

I LOVE 409 too! But I haven't found anything that Mr. Clean Magic Erasers can't get off - for all those dirty little marks from adorable little fingers! Wish I could be there to help! Love you!
