Memory Lane

Okay, I admit it, I stole this idea from a friend (I even copied her picture and title), but it sounds fun.

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Hmm, lets see...fishnet stockings, packing and moving more times then EITHER of us wants to remember, good roommates, bad roommates, staff meetings, tears, laughter. But I think the winner may have to be the first conference we did together in Boulder. What an adventure!

How to narrow it down?! Okay, well there's the time when we were like 11 and sharing a room and hated each other and you wrote in your journal that I was the sister you were glad you never had! :) But some happier memories now that we're best buds is St. George graduation trip with the tuacahn's "Joseph" with the lemonade stuff and the bees hovering...THAT my friend was good times.

Ahhh fishnet stockings...let's forget that particular memory shall we? I've blocked it. Our first conference in Boulder is probably something we could write a lot about but I'll just play the highlight reel in my head!

I don't know how to narrow down 26 years, but yes the St. George trip does make me have warm thoughts. And remember the time you came to visit in New Jersey, that was a freaking awesome trip!

Ok, I remember the time when you and Jared selflessly moved in with Grandpa and Grandma to help them live a little longer in their own home. Only the angels above know how hard that was on newly weds, but it was way worth the effort! Thanks again.

You know my favorite memory with you was when we locked Thad out of the house :) hands down.... my finest moment as the devil's child.
